The emission colors of LED phosphor cover blue, green, yellow and red visible region. LED phosphors can meet the needs of different color, color temperature and color rendering index.
TKY series YAG phosphors are improved aluminate luminescent materials with good chemical stability, aging performance and light conversion efficiency. The series products are phosphors for white LED which have the highest light conversion efficiency, can cover green, yellow-green, yellow and orange light. They are suitable for white LED with different color temperature and high rendering color index ( Ra≥90).
In TIANKI LED phosphor models B represents 15 ± 1μm the particle size of D50, C represents 10 ± 1μm, CC represents 5 ± 1μm
TKS series LED phosphors are silicate luminescent materials activated by rare-earth ions different from YAG and TAG.. They possess independent intellectual property and had been licensed in China,American,Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Spain, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. And the products won the second award of country technology and invention in 2006. The products have good chemical stability, excellent aging performance, high light conversion efficiency, good crystallinity and light transmission. They have a broad excitation band and little selectivity for the wavelength range of chips, which are suitable for blue and violet light under 500 nm. They can emit blue, green, yellow and orange light.
They can be adopted for white LED with different color temperature and rendering color index.
TKR series red phosphors are manufactured creatively by advanced material laboratory of TIANKI ENTERPRISE.
The phosphors are alkaline metal silicon-nitride activated by rare-earth ions luminescent materials with strong M-N binding force. The series products are prepared by new synthesis techniques with ingenuity, and we innovatively develop the doping-brighten mechanism and doping-brighten element, and apply it as Chinese invention patent.
The series products can be used for red LED, or they can collocate with yellow or green phosphor to make warm white LED or special light color LED.
