Pigments Color changed In Temperature

1,Thermochromic Pigment: is one  microcapsule Pigment which is changing colors

repeately when temperature changes.

When the temperature is raised to a specified temperature the pigment goes from colored to colorless. The color returns to the original color as the pigment is cooled down.

The particle size of the thermochromic pigment for all products is <6 microns (97%).

5, Thermochromic Application and Usage:

* Coatings:suitable for all kinds of plastic products surface coating,  Including Abs, PE, pp, PS, PVC, Eva and Other plastic materials

*Printing inks: Suitable for all types of printing, including screen, gravure and letterpress printing, printed in all kinds of materials, including textiles, paper, synthetic film, glass, ceramics and wood.

*Plastics:Plastic and rubber: high concentration common grade plastic and rubber master batches could be mixed with PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA, PET, and Nylon and all ejection and extrusion products.

NOTE:

1)Storage:

Our thermochromic pigment must be stored in dry,cool and dark condition,completely avoid light!

If our low temperature pigments,should be stored in the refrigerator. 

2)Heat resistant:

Max anti-temperature can up to 230 degree (in short time,about 10 minutes.)

3)Shelf life: If stored in above 1),2) conditions,It could be stored more than 5 years
