Product Description
1. TMTD-75GE/F100 is known as TT-75GE, the appearance of it is gray granule which contains 75% TMTD and based on EPDM.
2. TT-75GE is used as accelerator in natural and synthetic rubbers, mainly applications of TT-75GE are shoes, cables, industrial rubber parts transparent or light colored goods.
3. TT-80GE contains effective sulfur, so it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent similar to sulfur donor alike.4. Zinc oxide and stearic acid is needed in reacting with TT-75GE when it is acted as primary accelerator. It can be secondary accelerator for thiazole as well.
5. TT-75GE is a scorch retarded to non-sulfur modified chloroprene rubber. .
6. The product is non-staining and non-discoloring, excellent in color retaining property for light product.
7. TT-75GE is suitably used in NR,IR,SBR,BR,NBR,EPDM and IIR.
